Pocket media is available in 240 foot rolls at 45%, 65%, 85,% 95% and 98% efficiencies of 24" or 20" widths. If you need these rolls pre-cut to production specific sizes, Suncoast Distribution will slit and untrasonically weld the pocket media to the required size.
The pocket media slitting is not a complete cut allowing for the product to be sent roll form and each indiviual pocket can be spereated by hand as needed..
Ultrasonically Sealed: Pocket Filter Media is ultrasonically sealed on both edges for maximum burst strength and no-bypass performance. When cut to a specific size, the pockets are again ultrasonically sealed to complete the pocket filter.
An order can be sized, sealed, packaged and shipped with in a matter of days depending on the overall order quantity.
